I love this time of year! The cold weather, firecrackers, food, fun, music. Not only is New Year's Eve fun to spend time with family but it is also my Wedding Anniversary! ReplyDeleteI don't match my color with my neck because I'm hispanic and usually the neck color is ridiculously darker. I match the decolletage to my face, and so far I've received no complaints.
